I am giving 5 stars ONLY because of Carter and Alexis. Carter provided exceptional customer service and made the entire experience of pick up/drop off service easy and stress-free. He was friendly, attentive, and treated me with genuine care and respect. His personal touch made all the difference, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Thank you for going above and beyond. I usually don't understand or trust dealership. But this one made me change the way of thinking and feel towards it. They where able to answer all my doubts. I didn't feel like if I was just a thing but that I'm a human a person.

Best car buying experience ever! Brandon Jacobson is the best manager we’ve ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of our questions honestly, explained all of the car features and we never felt pressured and/or rushed. Also, a big shout out to Reza Tabassi who also helped us. He too was very helpful and personable. Would highly recommend getting your next Ford at Tuttle-Click Ford Irvine. Be sure and ask for Brandon and Reza as they are the best!

Excellent job by the Service team. My 32’ motorhome is on a Ford F550 chassis and I was concerned about having to get the motorhome into the service area for work due to its size and limited turning radius. They helped guide me into and out of the tight driveways that had plenty of obstacles. And, completed the job promptly and correctly. I will be returning here again for service in the future.
I was disappointed as I made scheduled my appointment on line, but later got an email that I missed my appointment!!! The reason for the 4 star is that they did a good job servicing the car.

My vehicle was part of a factory recall due to paint peel. From start to finish Adrian was the most professional service person handling my case. He represented Hyundai’s service as thoroughly as Possible. Including a rental car , phone calls to let me know or ask me questions about my vehicle. I love my car . It looks like new and I would and have recommended their Hyundai dealership and staff of professionals. Thank you Adrian and service staff.
I had a great experience with Tuttle-Click Ford Irvine after my car accident. The whole process took about a month, and they did an excellent job with the repairs—my car looks like new again. The team was professional, kind, and kept me informed along the way, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciated their communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend if you need reliable and trustworthy service!
Service was great, as usual, but had to return twice for warranty work. Not a big deal, other than the additional $40 in Uber fees. Also, says it topped off all the fluids - DEF was only 1/2 full. Typically, though, this location is great - excellent people (Paul is always hustling) and a job well done.

I had a great experience with the Ford Service Department. Diego was absolutely amazing—very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Although I ultimately decided not to invest more money into fixing my vehicle and chose to trade it in instead, Diego still went above and beyond to provide me with the best pricing and options available.

Very professional kind service. I arrived before 7:00 am and was greeted by at least 3 people. I was taken inside, written up, and offered an Uber to my place of business. I declined as it was a short walk, and I felt like getting a bit of exercise. When I came back to get my truck, It was washed. Whoo Hoo! Not expected. Overall the experience was great. Excellent service, and professional. They went above and beyond making. I've been there twice for a maintenance service and everything went smoothly. They provide a well organized report so you can track easily all the work done. They washed my car and dropped-off to my address. Completely recommended.
Mark, who delivered my car, was excellent. Took care that issues were resolved. Also repair shop was great getting my phone to work with door locks. Really appreciate the guys who took that extra step to make sure everything was done properly.

Absolutely great service at this location! Every person we dealt with from sales person to sales manager to finance was very helpful and worked with us on numbers and meeting our requests. Total process took us about 3 hours to get everything finalized which was the fastest I’ve been out of a dealership on buying a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back to this location!
