The Irvine dealership was incredible helpful. They picked up my car from my home for its routine oil change. When they found a transmission leak under warranty, they sent a Lyft driver to pick me up, take me to the dealer and provided a rental car for the week that it took them to fix my car. They communicated all through the process via text updating me on the status. It was easy and great.

Rex is AMAZING! He found me the exact car that I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership to complete the paperwork, my car was pristinely cleaned and held indoors with a big bow on the hood and a full tank of gas. Rex quickly yet carefully explained the contract and made me an iced cappuccino while I signed. Every detail about all of the technology was explained to me, and I am not tech savvy, in a way that I could easily understand. Shortly after purchasing my Flex, I moved to Costa Mesa just a few minutes away from a different Ford dealership. Paul in Service Department was great. He communicated timely and clearly and gave great explanations and recommendations. When I expressed concerns regarding cost… he offered to talk to management. Overall the service was GREAT! Unfortunately I could not afford to pay dealership price to replace transmission & turbo.

Our first time at this dealership. We didn’t have an assigned Service Manager since we are new. We have a transit 350. Diego introduced himself, very polite and professional and welcoming. He was awesome. I went in for “ the works”. I told him we were driving cross country to the east coast. He made sure to check the vehicle over. He was very thorough. They even made a 4min inspection video. Very impressive. Did not try to oversell anything.
I had a fantastic first service for my new little Maverick, but the second service was rough. It had to do with the dealership losing internet, crashing the phone system and software updates, which is the bulk of the service on many newer cars, to fail. The service manager, Dan Schmidt, was awesome through it all. He was busier than a one-armed paper hanger, as my father used to say, and his engagement showed how highly he prioritizes customer service. Always a pleasure when my car has to go in for service. Their customer service is off the charts with car pickup and delivery. They had to order a part this time and they sent a Lyft driver to pick me up and then when car my car was ready, they delivered my car to my house and returned the rental car for me. Now that’s what I call amazing customer service!

Wow. What an amazing experience. My ford needed it's checkup and an oil change. Turns out it needed a few more things too, but Daniel S was amazing. So nice and patient.
It was fair and nice but it shouldn’t take 3.5 -4 hrs. Papers should be more streamlined.

Service is and has always been great there. The only issue I have had the last two visits, is that they didn’t wash my truck after service. The valet’s excuse was that my truck is too big for their car wash?!? My truck is a stock Ford 2019 F250 4 x 4
Other than almost giving me someone else’s truck when I came to pick up mine, they did good. Work was as expected and the people were friendly.
