Zack was great I came in with my ford f-150 and left it over a weekend for transmission issues. It ended up needing a replacement. Zack was honest with the time it would take ,he communicated the situation and the got it done on time . That is all I ask I have Tustin ford .5 miles from my hours but I will not take it there ever they lie and are the worst service department ever!! As well Chris Greco the GM is a total liar he give shady used car dealers a bad name that is how bad that dealership ...

This is a message to bob tuttle i wrote a complaint about his dealership in tucson holmes tuttle ford i sent jim click it also and no response on jun 15 ish i put in a vacation days to go to moms 82nd birthday party in utah and was told no i was going with my daughter bought plane tickets and the gm name is darrin nichols told me no and then told me if my mom was dead he would give me a month off that was even worse so on july 1 i went to moms birthday called in not ...

We had a great experience purchasing our first electric car here! (gorgeous Mach-E!) Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I did not feel pressured by anyone. They had lots of brand new Mach-Es available and they let us test drive on the road and in highway conditions (a nearby service road connected to the highway). They explained all the details of the car to us and were very patient. I couldn't imagine a better new car buying experience!! And I LOVE my Mach-E!!!! Tom in service is an outstanding advisor, very informative.

Paul on the service team did an incredible job keeping me updated throughout my vehicle repair. He even took the extra steps to try and get an expired extended warranty to cover portions of the repair. Made it easy to get my vehicle back for a late night pickup. I recommend choosing Paul as your service advisor - I will only request him moving forward.

I’m giving you a 5 because Hector was wonderful. I came in on a Friday to see Hector and pay for mirror. Came back on Saturday and man who helped was very rude and told me mirror wasn’t ordered and wouldn’t even get up to check on it. Monday Hector was back and said mirror was there on Saturday. Also man said he didn’t see me and that I didn’t come in that day. However everyone else was wonderful and I will be back again in spite of the other man who had no idea how ...

I was in a panic when my car suddenly started making a loud rattling noise, I took it to Tuttle Click Ford and was helped by Zack Griffin. He immediately diagnosed the problem was my flex plate and I was confident that I was in good hands. Zack gave me a great loaner, Ford Ranger, which I loved and would like as a second car some day. Having paid $6.50 at the pump a few days ago, I decided that I had had enough and went online to look for an electric vehicle, the only one that I had in mind was the Mach-E by Ford. I put an inquiry online and by that evening, drove off the lot with a beautiful new vehicle, credit app and approval was done remotely. At some point during the day Mechelle, the Internet manager gave me a call and she was the kindest person I have ever come into contact with at a car dealership. Wonderful other than the receptionist at the Collision Center.

This is regarding my experience at the Collision Center. David was pleasant to work with and helped through my process at ease. The only thing I would say that is noticeable is the way the receptionist answers and speaks on the phone and greets guests which is not as pleasant. First impression is always important in any company/business especially when you are the face of the business and first person to answer phones or meet guests. Something to keep in mind.


They were concerned about my needs, and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They also made sure that I got the right deal.


Love how easy it was to schedule a service appointment. Everyone that works at the service department at Tuttle Click Ford was very nice and helpful. I was given an estimate of half the day but my car was ready in 3 hours. Very quick and efficient!

Timothy McCormick, Calvin, and Mason(finance) were very helpful; there was no pressure, no rush. Very friendly, to the point, and honest. The process did not take long. Had a very nice experience. Tim is very thorough in taking care of his customers. He walks through all car details and prepares things ahead of delivery; so that everything is ready; saving you lots of time. He is into long term customer relationships.
