Great Customer Service!!

Timothy McCormick, Calvin, and Mason(finance) were very helpful; there was no pressure, no rush. Very friendly, to the point, and honest. The process did not take long. Had a very nice experience. Tim is very thorough in taking care of his customers. He walks through all car details and prepares things ahead of delivery; so that everything is ready; saving you lots of time. He is into long term customer relationships.

Never disappointed with the Fords or Lincolns I have purchased there! Nice to walk in and Calvin and Ms San Angelo recognized me including remembering the first car I purchased at Tuttle-Click! They treated me more like family than a customer. I still want that “Ford Woody” on the floor!

When I first called to schedule a service that needed to be performed I spoke with service representative Dan Schmitt who was professional, informative, helpful, and timely in getting me to the right service desk rep Paul Parsons my vehicle got the right service performed and grateful to say that I am not going anywhere else as the service I received has been better here than anywhere else in the OC that I have experienced over the last four years. I will only take my vehicles here. Paul Parsons is truly dedicated in providing quality service.
